For combi heating system price start from 1 to 4 radiators £260 and £30 for any additional radiator.

For conventional heating system price start from 1 to 4 radiators  £260 and £40 for any additional radiator.

 All taxes and chemicals are included.

 

Magnetic filter fit and supply when booked and combined with power flush : £200 or £260 when booked separately.

  • Radiator valves fit and supply : £30 each.

  • Thermostatic radiator valves fit and supply : £50 each.

  • Service valve fit and supply : £30

  • Automatic air vent fit and supply : £50

  • Plumbing services diagnosis and repairs: £60 first hour and £40 there after.

  • Replace radiator like for like: £90

  • Replace radiator that involve pipework: £150

  • Five years warranty when fit magnetic filter with power flush

  • two years warranty without magnetic filter

Our prices include all the chemicals used during the power flushing process and all our prices include VAT.

All our prices are including VAT taxes and chemicals, there are no hidden fees and extras.

Unfortunately, we have to charge for parking fees and any congestion charges incurred.
